Bad news for the Belgian fans:

Alicia Keys has to change her plans for the summer and can’t come to Antwerp July 9th.
Earlier this week, she had to cancel her European tour in Glashow and Manchester due to laryngitis.
These cancelled concerts had to be rescheduled and therefore the whole tour planning had to be changed.
There is also some better news: there are extra tickets for her concert March 25th! [tickets]

There is no news yet about the extra concert in France.

Alicia Keys has been forced to postpone the first two dates of her forthcoming 2008 European Tour due to illness. After being diagnosed with laryngitis, it has been determined by Alicia’s doctors that rest is the most viable option for enabling a fast and full recovery.

Those dates affected include SECC in Glasgow on Monday 25th February, and MEN in Manchester on Tuesday 26th February. Details on the rescheduled dates will be announced shortly. Ticket holders should contact their point of purchase for further details.

Alicia Keys would like to apologize to her fans, but due to her condition the decision had to be made to postpone the shows.

The tour is now expected to start on 28th February at NIA in Birmingham.

It is stated that the next single of As I Am will be Wreckless Love. Remember that this is just a rumor and hasn’t officially been confirmed yet.

Make no debate about it, the fruits of Denzel Washington, Tyler Perry and Alicia Keys’ labor dominated the 39th NAACP Image Awards.
Alicia didn’t attend the ceremony.

Alicia Keys took home four trophies, earning Outstanding Album honors for the platinum-selling As I Am and top music video and song awards for “Like You’ll Never See Me Again.”

“No One” could top her in the Outstanding Female Artist category, either.

This just in — Jordin will be Alicia Keys’ opening act on Keys’ As I Am tour, starting April 19 in Hampton, Va., and running for 30 dates.
It’s not known who will be the opening act for the European Tour.
